Honey

Our beekeeping is a natural extension of our commitment to biodiversity—and honey is almost a byproduct, albeit an excellent and very welcome one. The rich cover crops in our vineyards, the untouched forests, and our flower-filled meadows create an ideal habitat for bees.

Wild bees alone would be overwhelmed by the sheer abundance of plants needing pollination, making our honeybee colonies an essential part of this thriving ecosystem.

Mel Multifloral

Our honey captivates not only with its golden-brown color but, above all, with its complex aromatic profile, reflecting the essence of the blossoms in our unique region.

Depending on the harvest time, the honey may appear slightly lighter in color due to variations in nectar availability, bit this does nit impact the rich aroma.

When tasting, you’ll experience a harmonious sweetness with a subtle spiciness. Its full-bodied character makes our honey a true delight.

This honey is not only a sweet indulgence on breakfast toast but also a perfect ingredient for desserts and baked goods. It enhances tea and is a delicious complement to cheese platters.

Rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, honey is incredibly healthy and much more than just a sugar substitute.

Of course, our honey is organically certified, and it is naturally extracted and bottled right here on our farm.
